While the location in the heart of Tel Aviv is fantastic and the staff was generally friendly and accommodating, I encountered various maintenance issues and construction noise that detracted from the experience. The beautiful room design and high-quality toiletries were highlights, but the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired.
